PAYMENT POLICY

Only Square, PayPal, and Cash payment are accepted.

All appointment require a non-refundable retainer fee. This fee holds your space exclusively and is deducted from your service cost at the appointment. THIS FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE (even if you cancel your appointment).

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDUING

Please arrive on time for your appointment. We have a 15- minute grace period

and after that you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.

You may reschedule any appointment up to 24 hours before the time of your appointment using your retainer fee only ONE(1) time. You must reschedule within 2 month from the date you originally booked. 

Any cancellations to an appointment within 24 hours of an appointment time is considerate a Late Cancellation and 50 % of your service balance will be charged to the card of file. A new retainer fee will be required to book again.

 

NO SHOW 

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment day, that is considered a no show. Any no show for an appointment automatically loses the retainer fee and will be charged the 100% using the card on file.

To be able to schedule future appointments, a full 100% non-refundable deposit for the no show appointment Plus the requested appointment will be required when requesting to book and that is non-negotiable or you'll be blocked from the system.

NO WALK IN APPOINTMENT

We don't accept walk-ins. All clients and future clients MUST book online through our website.  Some of our services require consultations and deposits that must be paid in order for your appointment to be secure. In addition, online booking helps us to control the amount of people coming in and being serviced. We REFUSE, to stack our books and keep you in the salon for hours.

protective style protocol

if you coming out  protective styling (i.e. braids, sew ins, wigs, etc) you will be charged for all /any DETOX service and detangling fee may apply. Click here for hair prep instructions

BOOKING FEE

A non-refundable booking fee is due at time of booking. your booking fee is use toward the selected service. the remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

**We share an intimate space with professionals and our salon has limited seating. There is no extra room for guests without an appointment or children who not being serviced.
