What form of payments do you accepts?

We accept cash and all major credit cards..No Checks!

Are consultations mandatory?

ALL color clients must have a consult before scheduling color services. Consults are included in all new MCBgirl Experience services, however if you have the desire to talk before booking a service you are welcome to a consultation.

Does my deposit go towards my service?

Yes! Your deposit will be deducted from your total at checkout at the end of your experience. You can charge your balance to the same card, a different card, or pay with cash.

I thought I booked an appointment online, but I didn't receive a confirmation text or email?

If you DO NOT receive a confirmation via email or text, there is NO appointment booked for you.

Is online booking the

only way to book with you?

Yes, Online booking allows me to better serve you! Without phone/text distractions, I can completely focus on you. It also affords you the convenience of booking with me 24/7.

What is your availability?

I book appointments 4 weeks (30 days) out. If you're unable to book your desired service at the desired time, it is possible that requested day is already booked.
